Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Shipping is usually freepost within the UK, unless the items are over £100.00, or unless you specifically request and pay for a different method of shipping. Shipping will also be arranged between you, the customer, and Computer Room Services, after the order is received. We will usually ring or Email you about this.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away if available. We will normally endeavour to send your order to you within a maximmum of 28 days from the date of your order if it is not available immediately, but in any case, please allow up to 28 days for international orders.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added, unless you can supply a signed and dated VAT exemption certificate. Registered blind individuals should have no problem with this. All other orders outside the EC are also VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
